My Ventures
A health-technology startup operating as an online health portal at connect.oxygenhealth.tech. It publishes healthcare information, profiles healthcare professionals, and works to close the access gap for underserved and rural Ghanaian communities.
As CEO, I authors much of the portal's content directly — writing on Ghana's health system, hospital leadership, and the practical realities of bringing health-tech innovation to communities that need it most. The platform has received formal recognition from ZOBI, its own incubator, for years of technical support and funding.
Visit connect.oxygenhealth.tech →ZOBI supports startups and small businesses in Zongo communities across Ghana, with the Campus-Based Business Summit as its flagship programme — practical entrepreneurship training delivered directly to students.
In 2023, ZOBI equipped 30 students with entrepreneurial skills through a cross-border extension programme, reported by both the Ghanaian Times and allAfrica. The incubator partners with the National Entrepreneurship and Innovation Plan (NEIP), the Youth Internship Bootcamp, the Young African Leaders' Initiative (YALI), and the Zongo and Inner-Cities Development Secretariat. Oxygen Health-Tech — one of ZOBI's own incubated successes — has since presented ZOBI with a citation of its own, recognising the support that helped it grow.
The research and peace arm of the Peace and Progress Foundation, focused on community-level peace advocacy and research-based peacebuilding. My work here included direct engagement with national Muslim leadership and the National Hilal Committee on matters of religious harmony.
Media coverage from this period describes him as a "young, industrious" leader in peace and research — the role that first placed community mediation alongside my clinical and entrepreneurial work.
My own consultancy based in Greater Accra, operating on a hybrid basis since April 2019. I provide organisational, leadership, business management and health consulting services, drawing directly on my clinical, entrepreneurial and community-development experience.
A nonprofit based in Accra that I co-founded to manage internship programmes and youth development initiatives from January 2017 to January 2023, giving young people structured pathways into professional life — a precursor to the incubation work ZOBI continues today.
